We use Australia post to deliver your goods. Delivery costs are based on weight of the packaged item and area of delivery.

Our system calculates your delivery costs in real time.

Shipping can be quoted for international orders - please email us.

Delivery times

Your order will be packaged and shipped on either the same or next business day depending on the time of the day your order is received.

Some of our products may be out of stock and therefore put on advanced order. You will be notified of the expected delivery time on the day of purchase.

Products that are not currently in stock are clearly displayed in product information.

Return of goods

We gladly exchange for wrong size.

If in doubt, please phone our store during opening hours on 02 9315 7309, before you purchase.

We do not generally refund for change of mind.

Please make sure the item is not damaged and is returned to us within 7 days of purchase.

If you paid by credit card, you will need to let us know your credit card details again as our system does not retain these details for security reasons.
